As you advance through the MeAmora Success Plan, mentoring and growing your team unlocks extra bonuses that reach deeper into your business. Each rank has a set of requirements

Rank Advancement & Rank Entitlements

When a rank is achieved you hold the rank for 3 months. During that time, you will receive any relevant discount applicable to rank plus any mentor bonus applicable to rank irrespective of the fact that you may not meet the rank requirements

At Star rank or above you do NOT receive the generation leadership bonus unless you are paid at rank i.e. – met the criteria.

At any time throughout the three months should you qualify for that rank as ‘paid as’ in other words achieving the requirements of personal/group sales, you rolling three months to qualify again begins

Should you not achieve the paid as rank during those three months, on month four you will revert to the highest rank you did achieve during the period.

Rank advancements take place at any point within the month. For example, you are a stylist selling £0-£299.99 PS this being paid at 20% – you reach £300 PS on the 10th of the month, all subsequent PS will be paid at 25%. The higher rank achieved is then held for 3 months.

Note for existing Stylists – 1st Aug 2025

As a gesture of appreciation, all current Stylists will commence the new success plan on August 1, 2025, at the highest rank they have attained in the past 12 months. This means that if you have sold 300 FLV in any single calendar month (and did not rank up to Senior), your starting rank on August 1 will be Lead Stylist.
