As an independent MeAmora Stylist or Leader, adaptability, accountability and personal
responsibility are essential to building a successful business. Whilst you operate your
business independently, you are also part of a wider community that is built on trust,
professionalism and mutual respect.
This guide has been created to provide practical advice and recommended best
practices to help you stay informed, protect your business and contribute positively to the
culture that makes MeAmora unique. Whilst much of the guidance within this document is
advisory rather than mandatory, following these recommendations will help you operate
your business with confidence, professionalism and integrity.
Important Notice
This Advisory Guide is intended to complement, not replace, the MeAmora Stylist
Agreement, Policies and Procedures, Compensation Plan and any other official MeAmora
documentation. It should be read alongside these documents to provide additional
guidance and best practice.
Where there is any discrepancy between this guide and the official MeAmora
documentation, the official company documents will always take precedence.
Professional Conduct & Personal
Responsibility
As a general principle, we encourage all MeAmora Stylists and Leaders to conduct
themselves with courtesy, respect, honesty and professionalism at all times. These values
are at the heart of the MeAmora community and are fundamental to the positive culture
we have worked together to build.
Whilst not every situation is specifically covered within the Stylist Agreement, Policies or
Terms and Conditions, there may be occasions where behaviours or actions, although not
in direct breach of these documents, are not aligned with the ethical standards, integrity
or community values that MeAmora strives to uphold.
We encourage every Stylist to consider not only whether an action is permitted, but also
whether it reflects the spirit of our business, our community and the trust we place in one
another. Acting with integrity, professionalism and respect helps protect both your own
reputation and the reputation of the wider MeAmora brand.
Your business is your responsibility, and with that comes a responsibility to ensure you are
working in accordance with current processes, policies and guidance. If you are ever
unsure about a procedure, policy or business decision, we strongly recommend that you
seek clarification before taking action.
Your first point of contact should be MeAmora Customer Service or a member of the
MeAmora Head Office team. Whilst your upline and members of the Executive Team may
also be able to offer guidance and support, it remains your responsibility as an
independent business owner to ensure that any information you rely upon is accurate and
up to date.
If something doesn’t feel right, or you are uncertain whether a particular course of action is
appropriate, we encourage you to pause, ask the question and seek the correct guidance.
Taking the time to verify information demonstrates professionalism, protects your business
and helps maintain the integrity of the MeAmora community for everyone.
Multi-Affiliation
At MeAmora, we recognise that many independent business owners choose to diversify
their income through multiple opportunities. We are therefore open to multi-affiliation.
Whether you have full-time or part-time employment, operate another business, or are
affiliated with another direct sales or network marketing company, you are welcome to
build your MeAmora business alongside your other commitments.
With that flexibility comes an expectation of professionalism, integrity and respect for both
your fellow Stylists and the wider MeAmora community.
If you are affiliated with another direct sales or network marketing business, we ask that
you do not actively promote, recruit for, recommend or initiate conversations about that
business with MeAmora Stylists or Leaders. This expectation extends across all MeAmora
spaces, including events, training sessions, social media groups, messaging platforms and
any other community channels connected with MeAmora.
We fully recognise and support the importance of multiple income streams and celebrate
entrepreneurial ambition. However, we also believe that every business deserves the
opportunity to grow without its community being used to promote competing
opportunities.
Should another Stylist independently ask you about your other business interests, you are,
of course, free to respond appropriately. The distinction is between responding to genuine
enquiries and actively approaching, soliciting or recruiting members of the MeAmora
community for another direct sales or network marketing opportunity.
This guidance is designed to protect the trust, respect and positive culture that exists
within the MeAmora community, ensuring that every Stylist feels confident participating
without concern that they will be approached about other business opportunities.
Stay Connected
Keeping yourself informed is one of the most important responsibilities of running your
independent MeAmora business.
We recommend making it part of your regular routine to check the MeAmora Hub, paying
particular attention to the News & Updates section, where important announcements,
policy updates and business information are shared.
To make accessing key resources as simple as possible, save the following links at the
beginning of your journey:
Your Stylist Website
Your Personal Joining Link
Dash (for all your social media assets and marketing materials)
The monthly Training & Events Calendar (saved at the beginning of each month)
Having these resources readily available will save time and ensure you always have quick
access to the latest information and business tools.
Should you require any assistance, our Customer Service team is always available to help
Leadership Rank Announcements
Celebrating success is an important part of the MeAmora culture, and we love recognising
the achievements of our Stylists and Leaders.
However, we recommend that Leadership Rank advancements (Star Rank and above) are
not publicly announced or celebrated until the month-end has officially closed and all
verification checks have been completed.
The MeAmora team officially recognises Leadership Rank advancements during Tuning
Tuesday, held on the Tuesday following month-end verification.
On very rare occasions, following the verification process, a rank advancement may need
to be reversed due to exceptional circumstances. Whilst this is highly unusual, waiting until
the official confirmation helps avoid unnecessary disappointment or confusion.
As independent business owners, the decision to share your achievements remains
entirely yours. However, this is MeAmora’s recommended best practice
Social Media Content & Community Respect
One of the greatest strengths of the MeAmora community is the generosity with which
Stylists share ideas, photographs, graphics and content to support one another.
Whilst there is an unwritten understanding that shared content may inspire others, we
strongly recommend that you always seek permission from the original creator before
using their work.
Likewise, if you do not wish your own content to be reused by others, we encourage you to
make this clear when posting.
These simple courtesies help preserve the trust, respect and supportive culture that makes
our Stylist community so special.
The MeAmora Stylist Community
The MeAmora Stylist Facebook Community is home to Stylists from across the business
who have chosen to join the group. It is a valuable space for learning, collaboration,
support, celebration and sharing best practice.
As a member of this community, we expect that your conduct, communication and
interactions with fellow Stylists reflect the values and behaviours outlined throughout this
Advisory Guide. Every interaction should contribute positively to maintaining the respectful,
supportive and collaborative culture that makes the MeAmora community so special.
Whilst it is perfectly acceptable to connect with other Stylists, we encourage you to
consider how any unsolicited contact may be perceived before reaching out to someone
you have not previously interacted with. Before making contact, ask yourself:
Is there a genuine and appropriate reason for me to reach out?
Is my message relevant, respectful and aligned with the values of the MeAmora
community?
How might this communication be received by the other Stylist?
Approaching fellow Stylists thoughtfully and respectfully helps ensure that our community
remains a welcoming and trusted environment for everyone.
This guidance is intended primarily for peer-to-peer interactions between Stylists. It does
not prevent appropriate communication with recognised community leaders, including
Glow & Go Ambassadors, members of the Executive Team or MeAmora Head Office, where
engagement is often part of their role in supporting the wider business.
By considering both the purpose and the manner of your communication, you help protect
the positive culture and professional relationships that define the MeAmora community.
Using Other People’s Copy
It’s completely understandable to see a post that resonates with you and want to create
something similar.
Where you would like to use another Stylist’s wording, we recommend that you:
Ask the original creator for permission before using their copy.
Personalise and adapt the content so it reflects your own voice, experiences and
personality.
Only publish content that genuinely feels authentic to you and your business.
Social media platforms increasingly recognise duplicated content, meaning repeated
copy-and-paste posts may receive reduced visibility and engagement.
More importantly, your audience chooses to follow you. Your authenticity is one of your
greatest strengths and helps build trust, credibility and lasting relationships
Using Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Please ensure you have read and fully understood the MeAmora AI Policy before using AI
tools within your business.
Alongside the official policy, we encourage all Stylists to use AI thoughtfully and
responsibly.
Some important considerations include:
Social media platforms may reduce the reach of heavily AI-generated content.
AI-generated imagery can distort products, branding, colours or people.
Over-reliance on AI may reduce the authenticity and personal connection your
audience values.
AI-generated copy should always be reviewed, edited and personalised before
publication.
AI is an incredibly valuable business tool and, when used responsibly, can save time,
generate ideas and enhance creativity.
We recommend using AI as an assistant to support your business—not as a replacement
for your own knowledge, creativity or authentic voice.
For complete guidance, always refer to the official MeAmora AI Policy.
Living the MeAmora Values
MeAmora is more than a business; it is a community built on professionalism,
collaboration, kindness, integrity and mutual respect. Every Stylist and Leader contributes
to the culture that makes our community such a positive place to learn, grow and
succeed.
As independent business owners, we all have a responsibility to represent both ourselves
and the MeAmora brand in a way that reflects these values. By acting with honesty,
treating others with respect, remaining open to learning, and seeking guidance whenever
you are unsure, you help strengthen the reputation of the entire MeAmora community.
We encourage you to embrace accountability, celebrate the success of others,
communicate authentically and always strive to act with integrity. Small, consistent
actions create a culture that benefits everyone.
Thank you for choosing to be part of MeAmora. Together, we can continue to build a
business and community that is trusted, respected and recognised for all the right
reasons.
