Our loyalty rewards programme has been a core part of our community since we launched, and we have been closely monitoring its impact alongside our wider business structure. Following the major updates we made to elevate our compensation plan last year we are making some changes to ensure our offering remains sustainable for your business.
Therefore starting August 1st, 2026, our baseline point value remains as 1 point for every £1 spent, however the points required to cash in a reward will double. For example, you will require 200 points to convert to a £10 voucher. (This equates to 1 point having a value of £0.05).
While this reduces the day-to-day reward value from its historical rate, it represents a highly competitive 5% return on your spending. To put this into perspective against the wider beauty industry, high-street giants like Boots and Superdrug offer below 3% (with Superdrug sitting at just 1%). Our updated structure remains one of the most generous professional rewards rates in the business.
Introducing: Your own exclusive Stylist track!
We are incredibly excited to announce that we are moving our Stylists out of the standard retail lane and into a brand-new, dedicated VIP Tier built just for you!
By creating this independent track in our system, we can look at our Stylists’ purchasing habits and business behaviours completely separately from everyday retail shoppers and start curating exclusive perks.
We are also pleased to announce we’re extending the point redemption period from 6 months to 12 months.
Please note. Any fixed-monetary rewards such as your Birthday vouchers (£5) or Power Seller Club rewards, will remain at their full current cash value.
⚠️ What you need to do before August 1st:
Because your current point balance holds a higher cash value today under the old system, we recommend exchanging your current points to a voucher now to get the maximum value.
Before August 1st: Log into your account, redeem your current points at their peak value and exchange for your voucher.
After August 1st: Any remaining points in your account will automatically transition to the new 1 point for every £2 structure and you will be officially welcomed into your new exclusive Stylist VIP tier.
