The structure
Getting the foundations right. Having a structure for every Pop Up will make sure the event runs to plan. Use a checklist to make sure you have everything required:
- Starter collections and nail and lash packs
- Literature, order forms and pens
- Product sample boxes
- Nail colour wheel
- Nail prep pads and cuticle sticks
- Nail shaper and sizer
- Lash applicators
- Mirrors
Getting prepped and setting the scene
Aim to arrive at least 30 minutes before guests to allow plenty of time to set up.
Keep your set up simple but with enough products to demonstrate and show case the range.
The main event
- Opening introduction – share what MeAmora is all about and tell the group a little about yourself
- Demonstrate the products. Show how easy they both are to apply we suggest applying just a couple of lash clusters to your outer eye to show the lifting effect and press on some nails following best practice for both demonstrations.
- Encourage the guests to have a go, it always helps if the host takes the lead with this.
Let the shopping commence!
You’ve got the room excited about the products so now’s the time to make it clear how they can get their hands on them. Explain the order options and make it easy!

Wrapping and following up
Be as speedy and efficient as possible when packing up.
A thankyou text or WhatsApp message to all the guests is a nice touch, add a link to your website and invites to your social media VIP groups too. Follow up with the VIP regarding the Pop Up and any final orders.
