5 steps to gaining bookings from bookings.
Having a diary filled with Pop-Ups is an important part of your business. It’s where you meet new people and introduce them to MeAmora, where you share your love of the brand and the products, where you offer advice and help with initial orders. It’s where you’ll book future Pop Ups.
Read on for tips on how to add value to Pop-Ups and secure future bookings.
Building Relationships
- Greet each guest personally and make an effort to remember their name
- Make conversation a two way street – a little chit chat goes a long way
- Put your guests at ease – remember some people may be nervous about attending the event
Plant the seed…
- Set the scene from the start to make it clear that MeAmora lashes and nail products are available to buy via Pop Ups or through your website
- Make it clear how important VIPs are to Pop Ups and in spreading the MeAmora love.
- Involving the VIP, making sure they’re first to try products, will help show this
- When the event is underway chat to guests about hosting their own Pop Ups
- Remind guests of the Subscription programme and VIP Credits that add further discount to products
Opportunity knocks
- Helping guests with orders is a great time to book a Pop Up. Keep your eye out for possible opportunities
- Suggest hosting an event to gain VIP rewards to guests with long wish lists or order sheets with products that haven’t been ordered
- Go right ahead and ask guests if they would like to pencil in their own Pop Up!
Be prepared
- Most guests will book a Pop Up after attending an event
- Know your own diary so you can quickly suggest your next two available days to potential VIPS.
- Offer the closest available date
- Pencil in the date – using the word ‘pencil’ helps a potential VIP who may need to check dates before committing
Follow up
- Be prompt when following up. Call to confirm the time, date and location the next day and add the VIPs information to the booking tool on the system
