The Steps To Success Explained
What are the timings of the programme?
Month 1 is the month of registration as a stylist and the whole of the following calendar month. Month 2 is the month following so for example if a new stylist registered on September 15th, her Month 1 ends on the last day of October and her month 2 starts 1st November.
How do I earn the Steps To Success rewards?
In Month 1 you need to have achieved £300 FLV. In this month the FLV is carried forward over registration month and first full month. You have then achieved the Nail on Box Beautiful
Month 2 starts with a zero balance and you need £300 FLV and you have achieved the Lash Up Box Beautiful
Bonus Step requires £900 FLV achieved over the months of Step 1 and 2 OR £900 FLV in either Month 1 or Month 2. So for example you may have £200 FLV in Month 1 but £700 FLV in Month 2. This means you have achieved the Lash Up Box Beautiful and the MeAmora Kit Bag but not the Nail On Box Beautiful as Step 1 criteria was not achieved.
