Pop Ups can be set up on MEA up to 3 months in advance of the event date.
The VIP Pop Up link will be shoppable as soon as it set up. Pop Up links close 7 days after the set event date.
Pop up dates can’t be amended or changed by Stylists. Customer Services can do this only in extreme circumstances and at the discretion of MeAmora.
If you want your Pop Up link t be active and shoppable until midnight of the the final day of the Pop Up, you must set this time when you are creating the link.
VIP Host Reward point are awarded as follows
£150 – £299.99 Pop Up Sales = £30 Reward Points
£300 – £449.99 Pop Up Sales = £45 Reward Points
£450.00 – Plus Pop Up Sales = £55 Reward Points
To enjoy VIP Host rewards your Customers/ VIPs must open a customer account with us. As a thank you for signing up they will be given 25 points worth £2.50 If they have already done this, then this is not necessary and they would have already been awarded their thank you points
VIP Hosts will instantly receive Host Rewards once the Pop Up has ended – Closed or the set time has expired. The points will be added to their or your account if you are hosting. Please note that the Host must have an active customer account.
Reward points can be save and build up VIP Host Reward Points by hosting more pop ups. You can also add you your rewards in other ways – See HERE for more details.
VIP Host Reward Points / Reward points are earned for every £1 spent on shopping only. Shipping charges, sales aids and print materials are excluded. On any given purchase the maximum cash value of reward points that can be redeemed is the total value of the order, minus the delivery charge, sales aids and print material charges.
VIP Reward Points will be valid for six months. If Reward Points have not been redeemed after six months they will be automatically removed from your account.
VIP Reward points or voucher codes cannot be used to pay for delivery.
If the order value is less than the value of your voucher code then the remaining balance will be lost. No change will be given.
If VIP Reward points/vouchers are used to pay for a purchase (partially or in full) no reward points will be received for that transaction.
If a product that was paid for fully or partly with Reward Points is returned, then the value of the Reward Points redeemed will be refunded back as Reward Points, NOT cash. If cash was part of the payment then this will be refunded as cash to the value of which was paid in cash.
VIP Host Reward Points and voucher codes earned in our Rewards Programme cannot be converted to cash.
Stylists may be a VIP Host, however, if an individual is deemed to be misusing the MeAmora VIP Host Reward Programme they may be subject to investigation.
We reserve the right to substitute or remove products and services available as rewards at any time.
Points are non-transferable.
