Reward points are valid for six months. Redeeming points is easy! Just click ‘Redeem my points’ and select an eligible reward voucher. Once created voucher codes are valid for six months from issue.

Hosts will instantly receive Host Rewards once the Pop Up has ended – Closed or the set time has expired. The points will be added to their or your account if you are hosting. Please note that the Host must have an active customer account.
Reward points can be saved and built up by hosting more pop ups. You can also add you your rewards in other ways – See HERE for more details.
Reward Points will be valid for six months. If Reward Points have not been redeemed after six months they will be automatically removed from your account.
VIP Reward points or voucher codes cannot be used to pay for delivery.
If the order value is less than the value of your voucher code then the remaining balance will be lost. No change will be given.
If Reward points/vouchers are used to pay for a purchase (partially or in full) no reward points will be received for that transaction.
If a product that was paid for fully or partly with Reward Points is returned, then the value of the Reward Points redeemed will be refunded back as Reward Points, NOT cash. If cash was part of the payment then this will be refunded as cash to the value of which was paid in cash.
Reward Points and voucher codes earned in our Rewards Programme cannot be converted to cash.
We reserve the right to substitute or remove products and services available as rewards at any time.
Points are non-transferable.

Pop Up Links &Glow & Go Offer Codes -Stylist usage
We actively monitor glow & go code redemptions to ensure they are being used only for orders connected to a glow & go event – we know events take many different forms. In addition, we are closely reviewing stylist pop-up links — particularly the number that are self-hosted, or functioning as general shopping links without an event to support them. The following will be monitored and acted upon if required –
· Multiple Pop-Ups per month, particularly those only titled with dates or generic labels, may be reviewed.
· Multiple 150PS Pop-Ups will be subject to review.
· Orders shipped to a single host address may raise concern.
· Pop-Ups used as order-collection points will be investigated.
· Non-compliant activity may result in revoked Reward Points.
· Continued misuse may lead to exclusion from the Host Rewards Programme and could jeopardise the scheme for all. More information on this will be shared soon. For now, we ask that you review how you are using your pop-up links and host points.
Please remember that these are designed to reward a host and should not be used for other purposes. You can be your own host, but this should be in the case of you eventing & demoing Please ensure you are using the glow & go codes as intended — as a perk and exclusive benefit for guests and hosts. This initiative was created to help you build visibility, expand your network, and grow your business through the glow & go channel. Using the codes or links outside their intended purpose — as general discounts or self-rewards — will not support your long-term business growth and may reduce the exclusivity and special experience associated with attending or hosting an event. And that would be a shame.
